Mattia Belluzzi
Psychologist

Graduated in Sciences and Techniques
Psychology at the Catholic University of
Sacred Heart of Milan; Specialization in Psychology for Organizations: Human Resources, Marketing and Communication.

I graduated in 2018 in Psychological Sciences and Techniques at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and two years later I obtained the degree with honors in Psychology for Organizations: Human Resources, Marketing and Communication.

After obtaining the qualification as a psychologist following the state exam, I decide to deepen my professional skills in the sporting context by attending the master's degree in "Sport and Psychosocial Intervention", convinced that there are numerous organizational and managerial dynamics within this context.

Currently my professional activity is divided inside and outside the academic world: I am a PhD candidate in "Physical Exercise and Sport Sciences" between the Catholic University and the State University of Milan and I deal with consultancy, research and training projects in sporting contexts and organizational, as well as didactic; outside I carry out the activity of a sports psychologist as a freelancer, collaborating with professional and non-professional sports clubs, social realities and communities and supporting and accompanying individual athletes.

I believe that only by constantly shifting our gaze between the practical and the theoretical we can grasp the complexity of reality and the needs of people, groups, organizations and communities. I also believe that the relationship, with its constraints and possibilities, can be the element that really brings value to a path.
