BIO

I am an occupational psychologist, qualified by the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy and a master's degree in Psychology of social, decision-making and economic behavior processes at the University of Milan-Bicocca.

I obtained a II level Master's degree in Psychobiology of health and well-being and I am a Clinical Operator in Autogenic Training.

As an HR Consultant, I participate in the design and conduct of training courses, assessment centres, organizational well-being research, focus groups and interviews.

I conduct individual and group courses in Autogenic Training aimed at all people interested in acquiring a relaxation technique useful for recovering psychophysical energy.

​

Certified in the use of the Happy Coaching® method, I carry out psychological interviews which aim to achieve specific individual objectives related to one's personal and professional self-realization.
