BIO
I am a psychologist registered with the Order of Psychologists of Veneto section A and a psychotherapist in training at the H. Bernheim school of psychotherapy in Vicenza which integrates Jungian psychoanalysis, Assagioli psychosynthesis and Ericksonian hypnosis.
Over the years I have specialized in the clinical field, starting from cognitive-behavioral therapy for eating disorders and obesity, then delving into psychological trauma in developmental, adolescent and adulthood, personality disorders and anxiety and mood disorders.
In the field of psychotraumatology I have also integrated EMI and EMDR techniques which are based on bilateral eye stimulation to be able to face and overcome traumatic or highly stressful events.
Equally important to me is everything that revolves around personal well-being, understood in both individual and group dynamics.
In fact, I also specialized in mindfulness, which I use both in individual sessions and in group Mindful Eating courses and, following a one-year master's degree in sports psychology and mental coaching, I also follow individual athletes and teams, helping each member to develop their potential both as an individual and as part of a team.
My curiosity and desire for knowledge have also led me to the world of hypnosis, in fact after a year-long training course I was able to obtain the international certification of hypnotherapist, thus being able to integrate this precious tool into my sessions that I am continuing to deepen and perfect through the School of Psychotherapy.
